I’ve stumbled upon a few malware/adware files which are signed by Tanja Matkovic. These are the VirusTotal detection results:
- DrWeb Adware.Yontoo.4
- Malwarebytes PUP.Optional.OneClickDownloader.A
- Qihoo-360 Win32/Virus.Adware.47b
- Sophos 1 Click Downloader
- VIPRE CoolMirage Ltd (fs)
Does anyone know from where these files are distributed? I’d like to take a closer look on them.

Thank you Bella! These files are indeed signed by Tanja Matkovic. I’m testing them right now. They seem to be bundling an adware called GrabRez.
i just was about to unzip a torrent that i downloaded from upload.net. Tanja Matkovic is the publisher. should i get rid of the exe file? i didnt unzip it. name looked concerning
You should delete the file. The file I tested bundled some adware called GrabRez and other unwanted software.
I just downloaded a file that is signed by Tanja Matkovic too. File name is 3D_Fluff_Training_Volume_3_Non_Organic_Modelling_iso.exe. I scanned it with Avira antivir but nothing detected, so I looked at the file with a hex viewer.
Oh man, you just saved my life. I was about to download a FFX rom and the autor was this Tanja Matkovic and it was quite suspectful to me, so I googled it and found you. Thanks!
